We also take care on WHO we place our puppies with, therefore, Contracts and Endorsements DO APPLY. We will gladly ship your puppy anywhere in or outside of New Zealand. Please bear in mind, shipping & Crate costs are involved. We strongly recommend your children help in training, feeding and the general upkeep of your Amstaff. As a breeder, my children are very much involved in the birth, raising the puppies and training.
We do daily routine check up on our puppies from Birth to ensure they are growing well, what sort of character they are and how their temperament is evolving.
Selection will be around the age of 4-6wks of age.
NO PUPPY WILL LEAVE UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED
They will have at least 1 vaccination and the usual worming treatments
All pups will be NZKC Registered & Micro-chipped.
All puppies leave with Puppy Packs & a Royal Canin Puppy pack
We believe puppy DIET is very IMPORTANT and stress this be kept up until puppy is at least 4-6 months old. We feed our whelping mum & puppies Royal Canin.
A clear file with a puppy birth cert done by Envyamstaffs, Photo's of the parents and Grandparents (if available). General information about Puppy care and training.
A copy of the parents Ataxia Test results certificate & any other health test certs will also be supplied.
We do not sell Breeding puppies sorry.
Pet puppies are sold on the RESTRICTED registry - Not to be Bred, Not to be Shown & not eligible for export. Desexing is required before puppy is 1 year old
Potential Show Puppies are sold on Co-ownership only on the FULL REGISTRY.
We also offer show training to our puppy owners.
Show potential puppies are also ONE PRICE with no hidden extra costs or Breeding rights.

Puppy's are individuals and are not all the same. We do NOT guarantee the sale of Show/Breeding puppies. This is impossible to distinguish at the age of 8 weeks, however we will help select a potential show/breeding puppy. No breeder should state they have show/breeding quality at this early stage of the pups life. The pup needs to mature and be to the NZKC Standard.
1. American Staffordshire Terriers do NOT have RED or BLUE noses.
2. BLUE is NOT RARE, nor is Black & Tan with white & Pure White.
3. NZKC Papers cost no more than $45 per puppy if registered before 6 months of age, you should receive your papers well before this age. They do NOT cost a few hundred more for papers!
4. Always check with NZKC that your potential Breeder IS NZKC Registered before purchasing!
5. Some councils in NZ are also classing the American Staffordshire Terrier as menacing, so please check with your LOCAL COUNCIL before you buy this breed. Usually you will be required to desex your dog, must be micro-chipped and in some cases be muzzled in public. All pet puppies sold are EXPECTED to be desexed & will come micro-chipped.
6. Always read, understand and be happy with ANY written contract before you sign it.
7. Always 'shop' around. All breeders are different, as are their contracts. Always ask what is involved FIRST!
8. Ataxia is a hereditary disorder and testing is available. A Clear bred to a Clear will give you 100% CLEAR puppies. A Clear bred to a Carrier will give you 50% Carriers, 50% Clear puppies. See our health pages for more information. A Carrier will not be AFFECTED by the disorder and will lead a normal happy life.
